Payment in cash - 2% discount.

Shipping and Charges

Free shipping of the bathtubs throughout the Czech Republic for orders over CZK 1000. Shipping provided by contract carrier.

Time of delivery

The standard time of delivery is 14 days. Individual time of delivery can be arranged.

Warranty

Hydro-massage system warranty is 2 years. Bathtub warranty depend on the bathtub producer.

Complaints

The supplier does not answer for damage or loss of the goods during shipping, if he is not ensuring the shipping himself.
All complaints concerning goods supply (i.e. amount or price discrepancy, goods confusion etc.) are accepted only in written form within seven calender days from acceptance of the goods by the purchaser.
If the purchaser does not inspect or does not ensure the inspection at acceptance, he can make a claim concerning defects findable by the inspection only in case that he proves that these defect were caused before acceptance of the goods.
Complaints of other defects are accepted in appropriate warranty period after presenting of proof of purchase or duly filled certificate of warranty.
